For more than 31 years, Taste of Mardi Gras has been a beloved tradition in Central Louisiana. Year after year, this event has brought our community together to celebrate incredible food, drinks, and entertainment. None of this would be possible without the continued support of our restaurant and beverage partners, and we are truly grateful for the role they have played in making this event such a lasting success.

As we look ahead to 2026, we want to share an important update regarding next year’s event.

The Friday before Mardi Gras in 2026 falls on February 13, which coincides with Valentine’s Day weekend. This is one of the busiest and most important times of the year for the restaurant industry. In an effort to be respectful and mindful of our restaurant partners, we have made the decision to adjust the event date for one year only.

New Date and Name for 2026

In 2026, the event will take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, and will be rebranded for this year as Taste of Central Louisiana.

While the name and date may be a little different, the heart of the event remains the same. Guests can still expect incredible food and drinks, stellar entertainment, and the signature energy that makes this one of Central Louisiana’s best parties.

Additional details will be announced soon, with ticket sales launching on Eventbrite after the first of the year. We encourage everyone to save the date and plan to celebrate with us.
