100% of ticket proceeds benefit LRAEF and its youth programs, including ProStart, a two-year culinary arts and restaurant management program offered in 71 high schools across Louisiana.
In New Orleans, ProStart programs are offered at New Orleans Career Center, Warren Easton High School and George Washington Carver High School.
