Jul 6, 2026

The Louisiana Restaurant Association (LRA) is proud to partner with New Orleans & Company to welcome two of the world's most prestigious culinary competitions—the Bocuse d'Or Americas and the Pastry World Cup Americas—to New Orleans as part of the 2026 LRA Showcase.

On Saturday, July 25, attendees can experience the Pastry World Cup Americas, where the hemisphere's top pastry chefs will compete for a coveted spot in the world finals. Then on Sunday, July 26, the spotlight turns to the Bocuse d'Or Americas, showcasing elite chefs representing countries throughout North, Central and South America in one of the most demanding culinary competitions in the world.

Your LRA Showcase registration includes admission to both international competitions. All events share one registration area in Hall I of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, with access to Hall H through the LRA Showcase. There is no separate ticket or entrance required—one badge provides access to all three events.

These competitions are industry-only events and are open exclusively to restaurant, hospitality and foodservice professionals attending the LRA Showcase. The general public will not be admitted.

Whether you're looking for inspiration, world-class culinary talent or the latest ideas shaping the future of foodservice, this is a rare opportunity to experience international competition alongside the Gulf South's premier hospitality trade show—all under one roof.
