2026 LRA Showcase Attendee Registration Open

Where Louisiana Meets the World | July 25–26 | New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center
The countdown is on — attendee registration is officially open for the 2026 LRA Showcase, Louisiana’s premier hospitality industry trade show and networking event.
Taking place Saturday, July 25 and Sunday, July 26 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. in Hall I of the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, the LRA Showcase brings together restaurant, bar, hotel, and venue attendees and the companies that supply them under one roof for two days of innovation, inspiration, education, and business growth.
This year’s theme, “Where Louisiana Meets the World,” celebrates the global culinary spotlight shining on New Orleans and Louisiana hospitality during an unprecedented weekend of international and national culinary competitions.
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Shop hundreds of companies supplying the restaurant, bar, hotel, and attraction industries
- Discover the latest products, services, technology, food, beverage, equipment, and operational solutions
- Attend cooking demonstrations and educational sessions designed to help businesses grow and adapt
- Connect with industry peers, leaders, chefs, operators, and suppliers from across the region
The excitement extends far beyond the Showcase floor.
The weekend will be bookended by two internationally recognized culinary events taking place simultaneously within the convention center:
- Hall H will host the prestigious Bocuse d’Or Americas and World Pastry Cup
- Hall J will feature the iconic Great American Seafood Cook-Off
Together, these events create an unmatched hospitality experience that places Louisiana at the center of the culinary world.
Registration Information
The LRA Showcase is an industry-only event and is not open to the public. Attendees must work in the restaurant, bar, hotel, and/or attraction industries to qualify for admission.
Admission Pricing
- LRA Restaurant Members receive four complimentary attendee passes
- Non-member restaurant operators may register for:
- $50 through July 15
- $60 beginning July 16 through onsite registration
Please note:
- No one under the age of 21 is permitted on the show floor
- No children, babies, strollers, or carriers are allowed
- Companies that qualify as exhibitors are restricted from purchasing attendee registrations unless they have an exhibit booth or have received authorization from LRA Show Management
