Save our tips toolkitThe Raise the Wage Act would force the end of the tip credit system and eliminate tip pooling in restaurants. Congress is expected to vote on this issue before mid-March 2021. The measure would be devastating for the restaurant industry and have ripple effects on Louisiana's economy as a whole -- potentially resulting in closed restaurants and lost jobs.
