The Louisiana Seafood Promotion & Marketing Board is accepting applications for the Louisiana Seafood Cook-Off, which will be held June 19 in Lafayette at the Cajundome Convention Center. Participating chefs must be LRA members and the winner will represent the Louisiana in the Great American Seafood Cook-Off, which will take place in conjunction with the LRA EXPO, August 4.
