Ted Smith of Casa Manana in Lake Charles has done it all! Even before the doors opened in 1976, this young man was hiring, training and doing what needed to be done. Smith, also known as “Mr. Casa” to his customers and the local community, celebrated his 89th birthday on April 29.
“After 31 years, Ted is still greeting, seating and handing out bubble gum three days a week,” said owner Joyce Martel. “For his dedication and unquestionable service, Mr. Ted Smith has certainly earned the title of Legendary!”
