Shirley Anthony is a leader in the Kitchen Day Crew at Don’s Seafood. She prepares sauces, stuffings, gumbos and entrees to be baked such as Stuffed Eggplant Casseroles, Seafood Au Gratin and Crawfish Etouffee. She is also ready to work at all kitchen stations including salads, gumbos, grill, fryers and ovens. She has worked at Don’s Seafood since May 31, 1691 (45 years).
According to Roland G. Landry, vice-president of Don’s Seafood, “Shirley is our most exceptional employee. She is unmatched in dependability and trustworthiness. Even during her recent struggle with cancer, she has continued to come to work.
