Patricia Ned of Soileau’s Dinner Club in Opelousas has been well-liked by her customers and co-workers for more than 28 years. Through the years she has been responsible and dependable in her job duties and being a waitress comes naturally.
“Patricia’s dedication and loyalty is also evident in her personal life,” said owner Scott Soileau. “Her husband died in 1986 leaving her to with three small children, the youngest being six-months-old. She persevered and single-handedly raised her children while working as the sole provider for her family.”
