Skip Hebert began at The Court of Two Sisters in 1980, or 27 years ago. He began first as a purchaser, and soon thereafter he was promoted to General Manager.
Hebert has been a loyal and trusted employee, and has been invaluable to the restaurant.
"Because of his low-key winning personality, he has served as an excellent buffer between employees and management, as well as management and management," said owner Jerry Fein, who nominated Hebert.
