The Louisiana Restaurant Association will provide assistance before, during and after the show. Aggressive marketing will ensure that you will exhibit to key decision-makers from all areas of the industry. For now, all you have to do is reserve your space. We will mail, e-mail or fax with your confirmation letter and contract within one week after we receive your booth reservation. The signed contract and 50% deposit are due within 15 days in order to confirm your space. The balance of your booth payment is due in full by June 2, 2008. Booth space reserved after June 2, 2008, requires a signed contract accompanied by payment in full.   • The official decorator for the EXPO can provide special decorations or booth furnishings. Other available services include drayage, cleaning, plumbing, electrical connections, water/drainage, telephones, florist, audio-visual equipment and photography.

    SPACE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Furniture, carpet, booth assembly, electrical connections, water, cleaning or storage.
    EXHIBITOR KITS
    All exhibitors with signed contracts will receive access to the official exhibitor's service kit in early May. The kit contains complete information about the show itself, order forms for utilities, furnishings and other services, hotel reservation forms, badge order forms and more.
    ADVERTISING
    An important part of exhibiting at the Louisiana Foodservice EXPO is pre-show advertising in the EXPO edition of a la carte magazine. The deadline to reserve your space in the EXPO Edition is May 23, 2008, with materials due May 30th.     RESTRICTED ATTENDANCE
    In order to ensure a professional business atmosphere, the Louisiana Foodservice EXPO is not open to the general public--ALL attendees must be directly involved in the foodservice industry. No one under 18 years of age will be admitted including infants in strollers or backpacks. NO EXCEPTIONS! Photo ID is required.

    Anyone wishing to sell products or services at the Louisiana Foodservice EXPO must contract for exhibit space. Selling on the EXPO floor without an exhibit booth is unfair to other exhibitors and is strictly prohibited.
