Food Safety Recertification Exam
The Louisiana Restaurant Association in now offering a Food Safety Recertification Exam. In lieu of retaking the all-day ServSafe seminar, the LRA now offers a recertification exam only. A copy of your current ServSafe certificate or State Food Safety certificate is required to take the recertification test. Upon receipt of payment you will receive a review booklet and practice exam. The passing score is 75% or better. Failure to pass the exam will require retaking the ServSafe seminar.
The cost of the recertification exam is:
$75.00 for LRA members
$100.00 for Non-members
