New Orleans, LA—The Louisiana Restaurant Association Education Foundation (LRAEF) will host the 7th Annual ProStart® Competition, February 21 - 22, 2008 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, showcasing the culinary and academic talents of high school junior and senior ProStart® students from across the state. The competition features two primary components: the Gourmet Meal Competition and the Knowledge Bowl. Read full release
